By far the most important motive for the use of magnet therapy is the presence of pain. After evaluating different static magnets in the past I concluded that most are inefficient, which is why magnet users have mixed results.
The medical literature is an unbroken history of over 50 years of failed research on static magnets. Time and again, these products have been tested for effectiveness against pain and have never shown to be predictably so.
The unbroken string of failures ended, when Magnets4Pain Medical Magnets were put to the test. For the first time, static magnets were proven to be predictably effective against pain.
In a double-blind clinical study at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, the Magnets4Pain magnets were shown to be effective against post-polio pain in 45 minutes or less in over 75% of the cases.
This study was published in the peer-reviewed medical journal – The Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Volume 78, No. 11 – November 1997.
This information was the evidence I was looking for and decided to prescribe these magnets for my patients.
I have been impressed with their high level of pain relief from many conditions including sprains and strains, tennis elbow, chronic lower back pain, muscular inflammation and fibromyalgia.
